Yall really good at finding cheaper healthy food because when I go shopping I don’t EVER spend 20 dollars. Never. The damn fast food is cheaper, not better, but cheaper. I end up spending 40 dollars when I go health nut shopping at a grocery store alone, God help my pockets when I go to Sam’s or Costco.
Sad the price aren’t accurate to wear I live :( It costs me at least half the price more
Not to mention how the price goes up if you dare to eat organic and not fill your body with Monsanto GMOs
Regardless of the prices in this picture being accurate or not, eating “healthy” “clean” “organic” whatever you want to call it, IS a lot more expensive…at first. In the long run, it’s better for your wallet. It lasts longer, there’s more of it. I’m not a vegetarian, but I do buy organic. I’m in the position where I can somewhat afford to pay for “good” food, I still search for the cheapest prices and use coupons. I’ve noticed that I spent more of my money when I ate shit food.
Still……i’ll always spend money on some qdoba, mcdonalds fries, and alcohol *kanye shrug*
some of these calculations for grocery food arent correct, at least in the markets by me. But its just smarter to eat healthy and clean, not just for your wallet but seriously your body will feel so much better. changing up our diet in this household has really broadened my cooking horizons in the kitchen.

Just a quick shout out to two of the people that I’m most thankful for. Most thankful, however, that when I tell them what I will accomplish, they don’t laugh. Rather, they kick, push, or hurl me in that direction.
